Sore throat on day 2 ?

Has this happened to anyone? I can't explain it. I am on the patch with lolipops and trail mix when it gets bad. Thanks. I want to quit and tired of being a slave to cigarettes

Yep sore throat can all be part of it. My throat is sore, I'm wheezing and coughing terrible but I guess that's all part of the process of our bodies healing. In fact a friend said to me the other day - what the hell is wrong it sounds like you have a puncture because my wheezng was that bad.

You are doing great hang in there... I know from my previous quits that these things do get much much better and subside.

Day 3

Thank you! It's day 3 now and I'm starting to cough and get some gunk up. They say that's to be expected. I feel better, still anxious, but am breathing much better
