Hey everyone! I posted in the day one and two forums. I'm finally on day 5,(and a half) i felt great but i find the worst cravings are when others around you smoke, or when you see someone else smoking. I've been biking a lot. It actually really helps..it does..!You know what, it's early in the morning...but i'm going to take off for another ride right now! I'll be glad to reply to my new non-smoking buddies when i get back !! see ya :D:cool:
