Six months is a great distance of time and by now you'll be settled into a better habit...not smoking!!

It's kinda normal to have some shaky times at 6 months though, so remember to back all this up and read, read, read. Even if it's just a distraction it would be good to dive into some of the links that a few of us carry in our sigs. You'll always find something interesting and helpful to your quit.

9 months and 22 days since I stopped smoking.

It hasn't been all plain sailing but then the best things in life aren't always the easiest...

Great to see that you are still in here and staying off the fags, and it is great to think back at how long it has been since you were a smoker, but never let your barrier down. So well done and keep up the good work.

thanks everyone. Danny, it has been a bit of s roller coaster but I am getting there. I never say never but I am being strong so I hope it continues
