Things have been pretty tough since Friday. What I would actually call craves now and quite strong ones. No worries though there is no way I'm gonna cave in though not this time. This whole thing is like a rollercoaster, one time I'm on top of the world and the next I feel like I wanna hibernate for the next few months.
Sorry to off load...just needed to say it out loud and get me thoughts off me chest.
Thanx

It's almost a month for you now! you're doing so well, just remember that! Don't worry about random offloading, that's what we're here for, right?
Totally know what you mean about the rollercoaster: one moment I'm a smug non-smoker that laughs at all the people freezing outside in the rain trying to get their nicotene fill and the next I envy those people who can ignore how harmful and stupid smoking is...
You should be so proud of what you're accomplishing
We gave up smoking almost the same day. I had my last the night of 31st and actually i did not specially enjoyed it. Did you smoke your last know it was in fact the LAST? Was it any different from before?
I understand what you mean about the cravings, sometimes i feel like this is ridiculous, and even have thoughts like "some friends smoke very iccasionaly, i could just do that". But it's all bullsh#t, the little nicotidemon is there tempting you, dont listen and stay where you are. You are doing great
tinks you are not alone! i have been really struggling since last week, but like yourself have no intention of letting it beat me lots of deep breaths and, because i have to work and can't hibernate i just take a walk around the block when i feel a bit stressed (counting to 10 just wouldn't do it for me!).
one thing we both know for sure, this will pass for both of us, then we can be on top of the world again like sofia says, even though we are craving, we can still be proud... woohoo we are non-smokers! 5mol<er
