Great to see so many DFSers still in da house!

Still smoke free but having a battle with the weight gain. It is slowly coming off and I want it gone before my 2 year anniversary.

Great to see so many new faces in here as well.

Thank you Cav. The house does indeed look great and we have also completed the "Groundforce" on the back garden but never really had the summer to enjoy it!

Also managed a holiday without needing to smoke 20 before I got on the plane - that is probably the best achievement of all from the quit!

Hey Sam,

Great to see you post. Even better to see you're still quit and the house is complete!! How about studies??? I am still 'plump'. Thinking its now middle age spread rather than not smoking though!!

Hi Sam, I am obviously a newbie to you but would still like to say I’m impressed with your quit and how well you have done.

As for the 20 cigs before you got on the plane I am even more impressed as I wouldn’t get on a plane if I could have smoked for the whole journey be it 10 mins or 10 hours, keep up the great record.
