Another milestone....

Well.... just got in from my first smoke free gig!!

Despite the other guys practically chain smoking in the van on the 300 mile round trip and constantly nipping outside (in the pouring rain ) for a fag, I wasn't tempted once.

And the icing on the cake is that even after only 6 days, I had a hugely increased lung capacity and stronger voice.

... and second smoke free gig tonight. I can't believe how easy it's been. My worst times haven't been at moments that I expected them... (usually just evenings sat watching tv on my own)

But this weekend has really convinced me.... I LOVE singing again as a non smoker. It's been so much easier, so much more fun, so much more relaxed.... so much better!!!!!

I'm not going to EVER stick another cigarette in my mouth.... I'm not giving up this feeling for anything!!!

I feel free!!!!
