About half way through day 8 now. Really looking forward to going away to visit friends tomorow for the wknd although not looking forward to it because they are both heavy smokers and i am staying with them although i am sure i will survive it somehow.
Quit nice to be able to move up to a group that says week in it not day

if you have access to the intenet there make sure to visit the forum if things get tough

Lottelee, HUGE congratulations moving to week 2, you've done a lot of the hard work and you should be extremely proud of yourself.

You Made IT!!!!! Congrats!!!!!! I'm so proud of all of us!!!! I can actually picture what 1 month will feel like now. Not that is been easy but every day I'm feeling more and more confident. I think the thing that is helping me more this time is I've accepted the fact that I'm a smoker and will be for the rest of my life. I'm just not smoking today. If I have to remind myself that every morning for the next 50 years so be it, because I now understand that I will never beat this but I can fight if off forever. As the months pass I'll just keep getting stronger and the nicodemon will get weaker. I just never want to forget that he's still going to be out there waiting for me to put my guard down.
