I really think education of nicotine is the key to quitting.

Hi Nathan have you looked on the day 9 pages, maybe they are past that faze but at least you can read how they felt at the time.

I can’t remember day yesterday let alone day 9 LOL glad you found us and I hope it will help your quit as it has helped me in mine and so many others x

hi Nathan, day nine is great! keep on going! if you are finding it a bit hard going maybe that is your addiction fighting its last battle, trying to get you back smoking, with luck all you need to do is ignore it for a few more days and the cravings will get weaker till you don't even notice them all the best, you can do it! 5mol<er

Hey Nathan,

Here's a tip... Once I found this site I promised myself if I evey have a smoke again I will log on here first. Everytime I have logged on I find someones story of feeling as bad as do, and I always feel better knowing I'm not alone and othe have felt this way and beat it!!!! You can to!
