Well I'm here at day two!
Not feeling too bad. One or two cravings throughout the day but nothing serious.
I'm not going to get complacent though... keeping my wits about me incase Nicodemon tries to strike from the rear!!

Couldn't agree more, watch your back at all times!!
Day 2 and you're feeling good, that is fantastic and long may it continue.
Enjoy your day 2 and you'll be sailing into day 3.
Congratulations,
Lorraine
Yes, you couldn't be more right on having to watch your back - one of nicodemon's secret weapon is sudden blind panic, at least that's how i've caved in in the past remember this forum is stronger than the nicodemon though
best wishes on your quit, 5mol<er
:d:d:d:d:d well done :d:d:d:d:d
Well done!
Its great that you are keeping your eye out for Nicodemon- that nasty little fellow tries to trip you up out of nowhere, but you are stronger than him!
Oh that didn't work never mind, well done anyway. Have to say today has been a little harder, keep getting triggers that generate huge urge to smoke it passes quickly enough but is strong while it lasts. It will be something really simple like opening the back door, did most of my smoking in the garden so as soon as I opened the door was overcome with this urge to smoke. Crazy the power of association and the nicodemon! Good luck for tomorrow.
Hi Cantante I am glad that you are realising that there is never a time at the beginning when you can be complacent, in fact there is never a time when you cannot think Nicco Demon has given up on you, cause trust me he never does, he is always hanging about waiting for you to hit a weak spot, but because you realise that you are ready for him and he want catch you out.
I wish you well and I know this forum is a great quit sustainer so stick with it and you will do well.
