Hi all i am starting tomm.

I have tried several times and all failed so this time i want to d it for my health and my children.

Good luck Emma - other members will be along later to post some links for you to read - education is the key. Try not to dwell on your previous quits - see them as experiences and take what you can from them so you won't lose your quit again...

Having quit buddies will help you a lot but don't forget you have all got the rest of us on this forum to celebrate your milestones with or shout out if you want

Day 1

Well i have been good today been on patch that keeps falling off lol but i do feel ok.

Had a bit of a nap earlier and felt a bit better after but i managed to go to work and drive without having a cig which is good. This is very hard for me a i drive a lot.

I have been drinking a lot of water so when i fancy a cig i have a drink.
