Well peeps, I've finally got to six months and my quit is still as strong as ever, with (luckily) no blips for me. Never in a million years did I think I would ever get to this stage, but I have and I have to say a lot of it is due to the support I have had from people on here.

Time to move on now and to try and stop keep coming on here and remembering that I used to smoke....don't need to think about it any more...

So good luck to everyone on here...and I will be on now and again just to check up on you all.

Congrats on the six months a very strong quit you have going there.

I know what you mean about not coming here as often, it can sometimes make you think about not smoking when in fact you had already forgotten about it (does that make any sense??)

The forum will always be here as and when you feel the need, and don't forget to come back and post your Penthouse day.
