Yesterday I ordered Allen Carr's book. Even though I'm in week 2 I figure it will help to remind me why I'm going through this interesting hell that changes minute to minute. (just like my mood) I'm considering my secret weapon against the nicodemon (don't tell him)

I found the Allen Carr CD's better than the book. Infact you can get them from iTunes as MP3's and play them in the car, which is how I listen to them; on the way to and from work - keeps me (almost) sane

Yesterday was a toughy. Of all things I was at a baby shower and all I could think of was smoking. In a room full of non-smokers. I'm just glad no one did smoke or I may have had a different result! Day 10 and still holding on. Hour by Hour!!!!!!!
