Well done...day 4 is always a great place to get to...Seems two minutes since I was on day 4.

I'm now into week 8, and do you know what, it wasn't bad at all. All I had to do was not smoke...

Well done pippa I was a right whinge bag in my first week, felt rough as! but you are sounding good. Nice one going cold turkey, best way in my opinion. Keep going.
