Eight months today. Strangely, have thought about smoking a little more in the week, so am being careful of complacency, but all in all, i'm feeling really good and I keep reminding myself of how I felt, smelt etc. when smoking and comparing to how I feel now, would I go back? NO WAY!
Keep at it everyone, it's all worth it.

8 months what a result. My whole quit changed around the 9 month mark and I felt so much better and it was a huge turning point for me.
