I had a bad cold some time ago and it was i know made far worse by the fact that i smoke.

Just walking to work was hard work because my lungs couldnt cope. I just couldnt breathe properly, and i was only walking.Could get air into my lungs but couldnt get it out again. Twice i had to stop because i couldnt take another step.On a few occasions i have woken myself up in the night having a coughing fit.

Just a couple of reasons for stopping, but so many more.

As a professional smoker I always had a sore throat and a cold, I always blamed it on over exercise (I'm obessed), however for the record I've been quit 11 months and have not had a cold in the last 6 months!!

Something to look forward to girls. xx
