You are turning into a 2 monther (except my made up word) and getting stronger day by day, but not to put a damper on your brilliant quit just be vigilant and watch out for that naughty nicco demon as he has a nasty habit of waiting till you think hey this is easy and then biting you on the bottom, sorry don’t mean to be putting a downer on your quit cause you are doing so well.

I see you are also becoming an excellent supporter on the forum which is great as that gives a boost to all those that are struggling in their first few days as you can remember it so well at this moment.

I love to hear you on your quit milestones as you sound so perky and happy, keep it up.

Thanks Jam, and no need to apologise, you are not putting a dampener on my quit, you are giving me worthwhile advice- you wouldnt be a good support if you lied to me!

So, thanks, i will keep an eye out for that nasty nicodemon.

Since the kids went back to school on Monday (well, today really, as they were ill), that nasty demon has been popping up everywhere!

Its more habit at certain times of day than anything else, but irritating none the less!
