I stopped in January and stayed smoke free for 4 months. Then fell off the wagon and never really hopped back on until now. It's official - I now except that 'never take another puff' is the only way to go.
So here I am again. I am doing all the things I did at the start of my last quit plus I downloaded the Max Kirsten app for my iphone. I also watched the documentary on Hurricane Higgins last night which helped turn me off.
Well, onwards and upwards. After I have cleared the grot from lungs, it's time to hit the gym.
