Day 4,

For some strange and worrying reason I am finding that I am not having the urges that I have encountered during other attempts at quitting, not sure why this is, not that I am complaining.

The other great thing is the last two nights I have had the best sleep I have had for ages, proper solid, deep, no dreams sleep. I can now smell the stench of rotton fags on people when people get into the lift at work, i'm sure I never used to smell like that :D.
