Awesome...its ok to try and quit no matter how many times...its better than not trying at all... Day 2 sucks but being at work should make it easier to take your mind off it. If you find yourself bored and restless, the obvious thing to do is to create or find some work to do. There is nothing better to help someone stop smoking than to keep busy and stop you thinking of the deadly smoke....good luck...
Good to see you back and yes, trying has to be better than giving up and accepting life as a continual smoker All the best to you with the next few days.
I mainly fail... in the pub/club after a few drinkies, or when someone drives me to distraction which at the moment is happening quite a lot at home as their are too many people under one roof lol
Hiya Pol How you doing hun?
I'm all good hun, passed my driving test, passed college courses, went to Sicily and Glastonbury and have had a ball of a summer!
I've just taken up Body Pump on top of my Cycling so really the only thing that needs to go is the ciggies... am learning as I go that I dont even enjoy them and they make me anxious... I'm sure I will kick it at some point.. hopefully at this point... lol
I'm good thanks Mixxi and heading nicely to one year. A small third of a smoke blip and that I allowed myself at 9 months and carried on.
No more blips though .....
Sounds like your having a great summer. Congrats to you on all the passes you've achieved this summer...... That definitely calls for more tea, biscuits and dunking.
All the best with your quit and esp the coming weekend How good are you going to feel on Monday with a smoke free weekend to be all happy and smug about I look forward to hearing about it.
