Well done for ten days, are you on patches etc? I am starting to really notice a change in my skin colour on my face. Actually went to drop my son off at nursery with no make up on (never done this before as I have been worried about scaring the other kids) on Friday. Actually had rosy cheeks. LOL. You will start to notice benefits soon. Bet you've had more £ though! Woohoo

Well done Ollie you are doing fab,

It's funny we often complain about the downsides to quitting (well I do) because they do seem to take over, but it is amazing how the benefits start to trickle in over time and although it's easy to take them for granted, I look at how healthy I look and feel now and would never want to go back to the way I was!

I bet food tastes a lot better now though hey?? And that benefit is worth its weight in gold!! Keep going it's a rocky road but well worth it!!

i am trying this quit CT,my passed failed quits have been with NRT,this time i have tried to educate myself,with the help of allen carr.

i am more strong this time than any of my past tries.

i keep reminding myself i want to stop more than i want to smoke.

not had one bad crave in 11 days.

i really want to do this.
