Just reporting back! Two weeks quit for me today and feeling fairly good. Have had some pretty bad downs but also some ups!
I've been keeping up the jogging, I'm doing 1.3 miles every other day and trying to get a good walk in the non-jogging days. My hubby has been fab, encouraging me and coming with me to keep me company. He's also suffered a fair bit from my mood swing, irrational behaviour and lack of attention span! I abandoned him in a supermarket queue a few days ago - I was so full of rage that there were people in front of me and I had to wait I stormed out! God I sound like a right nightmare!
Anyway, I hope you're all doing fine and keeping sane!

Many of us have been where you were with the rage and irrational behaviour It does go away though and 'we' come back.
I had thoughts of murdering my OH just for opening the oven door to check dinner.
If you haven't already, I strongly suggest you read up on the 'terrible three's' which gives great insight to the mood swings often experienced around 3 days, 3 weeks, 3 months. 3 +/- a bit, it helps to know, be prepared and forewarned. Read ahead of you quit time too Be prepared to duck and dive a bit to keep one step ahead .... make this quit yours, be in control.
Congrats on reaching 2 weeks and all the best with continued quitting.
Hi and well done with your quit. Storms and moods are ok with me lol. Also well done with the running, thats brilliant for clearing out your lungs and getting your skin looking fab. Keep it up, stay strong and keep posting.
