omg im soooo proud i made it t day six and i even survived having mates round last night (that are smokers) and had a drink and still no fags it was hard but i feel like ive really got there as my last quit attemts were all failed because of drink and partys still feeling a bit frustrated and cross very easy and got a bit of a tickly cough today but all in all things are getting easier yay and imm thinking about fags less and less

Hi I am glad that you have now reached day 6 one more day and its a week, I know thats staing the obvious but a week sounds so much more than 7 days, you keep repeating to yourself that you can do this and you most difinately will, take care and stay strong
