I know I shouldn’t answer this thread as it is really a follow on from your first thread on the same subject, but I am one of these people who cannot bear to see a thread without an answer, so this is a ramble answer and bears no resemblance to support or even a rational comment post, so there you are a post that is and always will be a total waste of time but at least it has been answered and not left to feel lonely
