Is it normal to have gunk in every tube possible ?

I have major gunk congestion in what feels like every tube, but its not coming out. Im not coughing anything up????

Feels like all my sinus's are totally blocked, and all my chest tubes the same. Plus my voice is really scratchy. Is this normal ?

I think sometimes when you quit and then smoke again and then stop again it possibly seems worse as others have posted similar things, I dont know for sure but I think others who have slipped will come and let you know, you want want to do that again will you it will ease I should think but keep drinking plenty of water to help detox.

sounds like man flu to me EBG quick take to your bed adopt the dying pose !!! think you are in for a release soon to be honest would imagine after five days your body is starting to expel all the crap but so much is blocking the way few beers and curry might help

Doesnt sound like anything to do with your quit if anything once you stop smoking all your 'tubes' start expelling all the crap that you have ingested. It sounds very much like you may have a 'cold'..

Or hayfever - mine's been worse since quitting. Feel like like I'm full of muck that isn't going anywhere

But I do agree with Bradders - a nice curry and few beers seems to solve everything

I truly thought i was getting a cold, but nothings happening ? Really wierd. I will wait and see if anyone else has had the same symptoms :rolleyes::confused:

got exactly the same bull terrier girl. constantly bunged up. think myself it is a bit hay fever with the mucous membranes in shock after polluting them for so long:eek:

I think you could be correct, I dont feel just as bad tonight. Definately feel worse in the mornings and afternoon ....... I am an hour away from a 6 day quit and am just starting to feel semi human. Had a real crazie crave about an hour ago..... Didnt give in...... dont want to keep going through this..

if any help I havent had same since -realistically I know it is going to happen loads more though.

just I learnt from the longing and craving . so a bit stronger I hope next time !!

Omg its 5.45 am and im awake

Its 5.45am and Im wide awake. I didnt have a brilliant nights sleep yesterday. I felt really emotional and had a right good cry !!! I nearly caved in yesterday, but only NEARLY !!!

FEEL a bit bad as I fell out with both my boyfriend and my son last night

However the sun is out and Im still a NON SMOKER....Thank you God ..
