5 months is a pretty solid quit now, and you can really look forward to some nice months ahead which are much much easier than those early months were.

Well done 5 Months is awesome and I hope you are feeling even half as good as I felt when I reached it last week, can’t believe that the next milestone is 6 months, that number seemed at the beginning totally unachievable to me I don’t know about you, but now it doesn’t seem half so impossible so again well done to you.
