WOW and this from the one who thought she couldnt get days quit under belt, you are suffering normal withdrawal symptoms and they will pass it is all to do with the higher oxygen levels in your bod which is great, have you got the tingles yet they are good, so keep drinking, water LOL not vodka that would make you dizzy as well, just remember you are doing great, sorry I havent been on much the last few days to support you xx
Well done to you too Peter! you're doing brill. I know its hard for all of us, but still, you smoked more and for longer and your method is CT so big thumbs up to you -well done!! x
Well done TMB I'm a day in front of you.....I got the dizzy feel sick headache spell to, for me i think it was i was forgetting to eat as i used to substitute food for a cuppa and a fag at lunch time.
I am now remembering to eat and drink probably a bit to much!! But hey ho!! Well done and good luck on week 2
CT not that scarey. I tried the patch once(probably the wrong one, dont remember which). It made me very dizzy and nauseous. I say this to illustrate that I have no judgements on what method/s we all employ.
What I can say is that having weaned your system with the patch and having broken the physical rituals/habits, you should find CT a breeze. No matter how bad it gets, remember the nicotine is totally out of your system in 72 hours.
I know you can handle that, especially with a little help from your friends
I have to say the headaches and sickness feeling I get is worse than any withdrawal, I cant bear them, I hope they go sooner rather than later! Its hard to seperate all the different feelings, was feeling down last night but to be fair we had just done a 5.5 hour trek around Bakewell and was shattered, also nearly ladies time so it could be that or a combination of both. Whatever it is its not going to win, do you hear me Nico? pffffftttttt
