:Dwell...... thats another day down an no cigs..... :D..... an very little cravings today... sooooooo happy.... io actually think i can do this..... dont want a ciggy..... dont need a ciggy.... will not be havin a ciggy.... never thought id be able to say that. :D.. hope ur all still doin well and staying strong..... bring on day 6!
