Well done you - in theory you are nicotine free now unles you're on NRT that is :)

Keep going as you're doing really well. My gardens looking pretty good too - only growing veg this year but it takes my mind off ciggies ;)

Expect to see you both at the Chelsea Flower Show then next year! Well done both, you've got the idea, keeping busy and doing the garden is great cos you get to see real results for your effort.

Keep at it, it get's easier and easier, and every trigger you overcome makes you stronger.

Lorraine :)

Well done. Ok all the mad gardeners on here I have large garden and it is like the fourth bridge, by the time I get from the bottom to the top I have to start again :D not the world most committed gardener but luckily it is well established so mainly grass grass and more grass to cut, and the weeds are smothered by the bedding plants.

Three days gardening will keep you busy and focused on something other than your quit, remember to keep hydrated and I mean you not the plants, plenty of cold water is good and helps with the craves, keep using the forum and you will be good.

Not what you're looking for?
