I'm on Day 3.....and survived a day at work...I teach teenage girls and they have pushed me to the max today but I inhalator-ed my way through the day!!
Day 3 Yippee!!: I'm on Day 3.....and survived... - No Smoking Day
Day 3 Yippee!!
well done to you, long may it continue
M3 I would smoke if I didn’t smoke, if you see what I mean.
Having to teach any teenager would push me over the top into drugs or anything that deadened the brain
So I take my hat off to you and throw it high, you must have the will power of a saint, do they know you are giving up or have you decided that to tell them would give them more ammo than you think you could deal with?????
So tomoz is another day and you will be raring to go slight problem is you may be raring to go in the wrong direction, well done any way you will not regret I promise you will feel so much better very soon.
Have just checked spelling and punctuation as don’t want a demerit or detention
Thank you.....I don't have the will power of a saint far from it else i'd have knocked this habit on the head a long time ago. It because of them littles madams I've been doing it for so much longer.....I have had to plan very carefully the least stressful time of the year and this is it, only a 5 week term then a half term then only 5 weeks then 8 weeks of student free summer holiday time.....and hopefully by Sept I would have nailed it completely.
I would say that that is a possibility but dont think that he will let you off that easy  he is evil and will do any thing to make you smoke again, you are now sitting there thinking this woman is nuts and I will agree with and I am also a realist, keep vigilant and you will fly through.
just feel and think like a no smoker from day one and a no smoker you will be, mind over matter, also make sure you keep well hydrated and eat a little and often sooner than 3 full meals.
No need to tell a teacher that exercise is good as well.
So now you are into the quit it will get easier and try some of the fun threads they keep u focused as well.
I have just returned from a bike ride with my son....not for the exercise but purely to keep me busy......my son thinks all his Christmas's have come at once and my lungs feel like they are about to collapse!! I am really going to keep the devil at bay......I have a teeth whiting plan as a six month reward to myself! Yay!
Hi, well done on day 3. The first week is the hardest so stay strong and ignore the cravings best you can. I'm 2 months down the line and so so glad i quit especially after talking to someone today who just found out they have lung cancer. Good luck and keep posting.
Thats terrible news..... but another good reason to stay quited.
Hey M33et

It was stressful with the smokes and without them its double trouble!! But I will not be beaten this time.
