Coming to the end of month one

Quitting has turned me into a bit of a short tempered fruit cake but............. the demons are not winning :D

Week 5 starts tomorrow and im gonna come off the patches.

Wohooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo:p im not worried about smoking or starting smoking but coming off the patches is worrying me :D

Well done you and being a bit of a fruit cake and the emotions that can come with quitting are all part of the journey. Embrace it and smile :) Keeping a sense of humour and keeping in control and knowing what lies ahead will help keeping the demon at bay (or at least having some understanding of this).

I came off the patches early and felt a little wobbly for a day or two but knew it was right for me.

Stay strong and stay quit..... things get easier, honestly :)

Keep reading and gaining knowledge of what is around the corner. Forewarned and forearmed and all of that........ :cool:

Dont worry about coming off patches too soon I can understand the feeling you have but trust me....((coming from a serial quitter)) ...Look at it this way 4 weeks is a very short time for the rest of your life....Im not saying you cant do it because you can & I wish you all the luck in the world coming off all the nicotine ..just thinking of you i suppose xx take care xxx
