Well done you and being a bit of a fruit cake and the emotions that can come with quitting are all part of the journey. Embrace it and smile Keeping a sense of humour and keeping in control and knowing what lies ahead will help keeping the demon at bay (or at least having some understanding of this).
I came off the patches early and felt a little wobbly for a day or two but knew it was right for me.
Stay strong and stay quit..... things get easier, honestly
Keep reading and gaining knowledge of what is around the corner. Forewarned and forearmed and all of that........
Dont worry about coming off patches too soon I can understand the feeling you have but trust me....((coming from a serial quitter)) ...Look at it this way 4 weeks is a very short time for the rest of your life....Im not saying you cant do it because you can & I wish you all the luck in the world coming off all the nicotine ..just thinking of you i suppose xx take care xxx
