Back again . As you can see i am on champix . This is day 1 without a cig ,it has not been easy i have real bad cravings ,which im surprised as i thought champix would of made it a bit better. But on the plus side i dont want to eat everything in site as yet .

Hey well done on your 1st day :). i'm also on champix on day 8 smoke free now. I found the first few days really hard but it's starting to get better now. Still feeling it in the morning tho, but the craves are getting better as the day goes on now. Can't wait till I stop thinking about cigs and i'm finally free of my nicotine addiction. xx
