Wall calendar and stickers

Does anyone else do this? I have a wall calendar and everyday I get through without a smoke I put a little sticker on it. I just turned the page for April - there's a whole new month ahead of me - 30 days - and my aim is to have a little sticker on every day by the end of the month.

Sort of!

My daughter made me a chart when I first stopped and every day i didn't have a smoke she drew a smiley face on it!! Quite sweet of her, but the novelty seems to have worn off now and I haven't had one for a few weeks!

Never mind, the thought was there!:)

Hi Sue , Yes I do .

I have a desktop calender here at work and I highlight each day with a pink highlight pen ( think i chose pink because its the colour that i "like" to think my lungs will be again one day if I stay off the fags.

I also have the date of my quit ....in my case 28th circled on each page/month ............( number of months , eg 11 months ).

This month on the april page it says 1 year

Regards Trev

20 a day for 30 years

quit 28th april 09

3 months patches

8 months , 2 weeks C.T

I was sent one to help aid my quit but i put it straight in the bin. It made me feel like a child and a little patronizing. :o But having said that i'm always looking at my normal calender to see how far on i am and it does help.
