Feel have turned a corner a bit today...a small one mind but can note a different feeling from yesterdat...edge off a bit...one day at a time...just wanted to say for anyone who has not tried this yet but i am finding recording a journal/diary excellent support for myself...kind of dismissed it in all other attempts but gave it a shot and it helps on loads of levels...taking you frustration out on the keyboard and getting thoughts down on paper is quite theraputic!...also handy to ready back and note progress when times seem tough...i've been recording a positive at the end of each day.
So am armed this week with celery and cherry tomatoes as need to lay off the biscuits! :rolleyes:
