Onwards and upwards to month two as of 16:00 tomorrow afternoon. Looking forward to my first 'proper' night out with wife and friends this evening. Curry then a couple games of ten pin and with any luck a few beers. The perfect diet as I've got my gym induction tomorrow lunchtime. Should be a giggle!

Thankies fellow quitters! Had a lovely evening out, great food and company....and I won the second game of 10 pin by a healthy margin to round things off. Not that I'm competitive or anything

Ready for a pretty lazy Sunday...roast porky pig this evening which I'm looking forward to.

...all I seem to talk about is food...but food is good.
