I am no longer a teenager in non-smoking days!! Yay!!

Sleepless night last night, but I find out at 4pm on Monday what secondary school my son gets in to, and I am very worried about it, so think it was more to do with that, than not smoking. Wanted one this morning, but had a champix tablet instead!!

I won't smoke today.

Hope you have a pleasant smoke free weekend, i'm sure you will get the School you want, i am waiting on the same for my boy.

I have been sleeping better the last few nights as i have stopped taking the evening dose of Champex.

Beer festival - sounds great!! But then again I wouldn't trust myself to get drunk and not smoke just yet. Tomorrow I will be having a few drinks, but not too many!!

I take my "evening" champix about 3.30-4.00pm now rather than 6.30-7.00pm- seemed to stop the restless nights and the strange dreams, although I liked them!!!

Sounds like everyone's doing well - fair play for managing a beer festival Mark, I'm still at the stage where I can only enjoy a beer from the safety of my sofa, especially after last weekend's too much pub!

Sleep is still either waking up at 4am or not getting to sleep until late - have bought some Kalms so hopefully next week will be more settled.

It's flying by, isn't it lads and lasses? Three whole weeks the day after tomorrow - that is right, isn't it Beccy?!
