Day 9 - and the relief is immense

Made it to day 9 even though i had thought i had fallen off the wagon!! These vivid champix dreams are far too strange. I dreamt i was walking to my car and puffing on a cigarette soooo hard, to try and get as much out of it as possible before my kids caught me!!!

The feeling of guilt and disappointment in myself was awful - even though i was only dreaming!!

Such a relief to wake up and find i am still a non-smoker!

Phew ;)

Check us out in week 2!

Those dreams are so strange - I kinda like them, cos you get that awful sense of failure, followed by elation when you realise it's not true and you didn't smoke last night! Seem soooooo real at the time though.

I'm actually feeling a little concerned at the moment because things are going so well - keep feeling really relieved that I'm not smoking, then get a horrible feeling that something bad is going to happen - does that make sense?!

Well done to everyone in week 2!

Definitely easier in the second week - have been getting through hours without thinking about smoking at all, which is great!

Mark - still here! Doing just fine - how about you?
