Feeling good. Champix is not making my stomach as bad as it did last year when I took it. Good news.

I will not smoke today.

I have been quit for 3 Days, 3 hours, 25 minutes and 42 seconds (3 days). I have saved $23.56 by not smoking 78 cigarettes. I have saved 6 hours and 30 minutes of my life. My Quit Date: 2/10/2010 6:35 AM

Hopefully this is the year for you in regards to getting a successful quit going.

Champix has helped so many folk start off their successful quits. But the part that really cements into place the missing parts is to read and educate yourself about the processes you are going through. You'll see in my sig a few links. If no-one has previously stated these can be very helpful in taking yourself through those early days, weeks and months.
