Hi everybody,

I have been taking champix for 8 days and set my quit date to day 12.

Cigarettes really started to taste bad and are making me feel quite ill, so today I only had a couple of evil little sticks left and I thought "why should I buy more?"

So this is me, starting day one (although it's afternoon) because it feels right.

I will keep posting

I also used Champix at the start and like you I knew when it felt righty to stop.

Keep strong, the Champix really is amazing but the support on here helps you through all the little, or large, fretful times.
