I think its been almost a year or maybe more since i last posted on here. Unfortunately i had a relapse and started smoking again. Its taken me about a year to get focused on giving up again.
I am now on day 26 with step 2 patches. I gotta say it hasn't been easy, i have suffered quite a few anxiety attacks, but things do seem to be getting better.
The main reason for posting today is because i just wanted to say that you shouldn't be too hard on yourself if you don't make it the first time or even the second. This is my third attempt and i have got to say i am more focused than i was when i first tried as I now know exactly how to get through the first few months without giving in.

I have not smoked for 3 Weeks, 4 Days, 14 hours, 32 minutes and 22 seconds (25 days). I have saved £88.95 by not smoking 307 cigarettes. I have saved 1 Day, 1 hour and 35 minutes of my life. My Quit Date: 03/01/2010 18:20
