Well here I am 22 days since having my last cigarette and I'm feeling great today.
Looking forward to getting to the 3rd Feb at 4pm and then I will have quit for 1 whole month and move up the ladder.
I have been monitoring my progress with quit keeper and this is how I have done since quitiing
I have been quit for 3 Weeks, 1 Day, 1 hour, 53 minutes and 21 seconds (22 days). I have saved £88.24 by not smoking 287 cigarettes. I have saved 23 hours and 55 minutes of my life. My Quit Date: 03/01/2010 16:00
I llok at this every day and think I couldn't go back now not after the amount of cigarettes i would have smoked by now, shocking!!!!!
Hope you are all keeping strong.

Hi Shazie, you sound so bubbly, positive and focused! I like your mindset and I'm sure it will make your quit a continued success. You very much remind me of how I thought and felt when you say you are, "looking forward to the 3rd Feb...." I remember feeling quite excited at moving up the ladder on the forum and also watching my savings grow. I have been putting £3 in a tin every day for over 6 months. It now has £606!!! Well done!
