So many folk come through these threads...some slip, some stick, some...don't post too often...and yet do quit.

I think that's fantastic that you are gonna be hitting the year milestone on 2nd Feb. Everybody who starts this journey deserves it. Such hard work at first and what a change we make in ourselves...the things we learn about ourselves.
