Howz everyone doing today?

Im extremely chuffed with myself, Had my wine and chocies last nite and never once was tempted to have a ciggie. Amazing considering I was that worked up about it last nite that I posted I was on day six instead of day seven

Heres to week two let it throw whatever it can at me!!!!

Made it through a whole week, now on day 3 of week 2...Time is the healer as long as we keep doing what we are doing, time will do the rest.

I too had a little tipple the last few days, just a couple of beers which usually fuels the cigs, but didn't think about it much.

Great having clean smelling clothes in the morning
