What can I say I nearly caved in last night and had one but then I thought am I that weak (yes yes yes LOL) no Im not else I would have given in wouldnt I and so would we all we are the strong ones because we have each other and we will take your hand and walk the road together and this morning I spoke to a aman who has been clean 2 years and he said he can breath again and doesnt lay in bed at night listening to his chest rattle gives us hope that we will survive YES

Sorry answered the last thread and got mixed up I am so dozy Sorry cats not feeling well

I stopped not just for me but for my 10 year old yorkie as he got a cough its not gone and now vet tells me its not his chest but his throat and I stopped smoking for him
