I love Lorna because she is the one who reminds me about these things and I would like to thank Lorna for dragging me with her on this quit (she carries me a lot).
Seriously I just can not believe the Octo lot have got this far, I still remember day 2 sitting at my desk wondering if I should throw myself from the roof or not (could not find a ladder) and look at me now I'm 100 day girl.
I have decided quitting is bloody easy, it's life thats damn hard and gets in the way of our quit.
I now announce the bar open (I'll have a large red). Love to you all, lets party
Congratulations to all three of you, very well done you, what an achievement. Christine I'm getting too used to these day-time parties - I think us ex-smokers have more than our fair share of alcohol (virtually anyway, as I know you are on the wagon for Jan). Love and hugs to you all.
I come back and I find everybody has gone barking mad!!!
Thank you Lorna, I hadn't thought about the 100th day at all, Christine is right, thank you for reminding us of our milestones
I'm sorry I haven't been around much but my quit is going well and I haven't had much thought for fags. I've been so busy at work, getting stuff for the flat, spending more time with the boys, looking for a job and fighting the other addiction (the ex!!), I'm exhausted BUT I am good, haven't felt low for a while:D...
Anyway, I am so proud, 100 days! it's good to read this forum and I see how certain people are getting more and more nuts, for everybody's pleasure and enjoyment!
I hope Elaine is ok... and Christine, thank you for being such a laugh with Pol and Lorna
