my brilliant plan of not smoking today cos i had no fags was ruined be my wonderful boyfriend. i smoked the last 1 from my pack a 11pm last night and thought thats it don't buy anymore n you won't be tempted, 10mins later my so called better half returned from work with a full 20 pack even though he always smokes roll ups apparently he fancied a change. so there they were sat looking at me n i caved in.

although my boyfriend says he will support me with my quit he has no desire to quit himself and does not shout or beat me over the head with my quit kit when i cave in which personally i think might help he just says "oh well maybe you'll quit tomorrow". i think he's worried that the stress of quitting will cause me to shout and beat him over the head with my quit kit.

dont worry about your failed plans to quit today, the important thing is you are still going to try again which is a positive step to quitting ...... I think once your Boyfriend see how serious you are by not caving in when the evil things are around he will support you then.... Good Luck hopefully tomorrow morning when you wake up you will choose not to smoke then you are well on your way soeak soon angel keep posting read all the links form peoples signatures they will help you get through it ..
