hello all... not been on here much recently but have u all in my thoughts. its almost 8 weeks for me and few out there as well. Twinny, Jack we are at same stage. viv pol bradders, stomper, early chat mates. many others thank you for all ur support on here. I love reading your messages and seeing how you are all getting on.

been craving a lot last 2 weeks but not giving in. weight up past 3 weeks not helping.

cat not getting any better and work stressfull. will I let it make me smoke NO WAY. those probs will still be there even if I smoke.

I am doing clicker training with my cats, not working at mo, maybe when I see results I can do it on my self. when I get a crave/thought click myself but in a negative way lol

anyway keep up the good work xxx

Hey Sue I've only got about 15 minutes on here tonight due to getting home from work at 8.30pm. had dinner made phone calls and my wife Donna comes on here at 10pm.

Just wanted to say yes the last few days for me has been bad but I'm still hanging on. Must say I'm feel so much better tonight I think it's because I went to work and it may have become a little bit the norm to be at work and not smoke. I'll see how tomorrow goes and see if I feel the same.

Keep up the good work you're about a week ahead of me and I don't want to catch up.
