...did I go for a run today?

Yes...yes I did.

I say run it was more of a 2 mile gentle stroll with brief moments of lightening inspiration. I say stroll...more like a crawl....I say lightening...more like a damp match really.

I wore joggles a hoody and trainers for the first time in years which means I must be athletic; although I'm guessing the locals thought I was stealing cars.

However, now eating pasta and drinking a cold beer.

Happy quitting all...you're the best.

Gaffa tape! for some reason ice cream tubs them sprung to mind. I'm not quite sure why but I have a feeling I maybe on to something. Ladies...watch this space for some potentially interesting (and slightly uncomfortable) lingerie.
