i have made it to week 4 of quitting as there isn't a week 4 on this forum i imagine i hang around here untill i complete one calendar month:confused:
not doing to bad at the moment just feeling bit tired all the time and struggle to get out of bed was never a problem before.

Hi well done on 4 weeks quit, the way alot of people do is once they finish week 3 move into 1 month as you are still in month 1 still. Then when you are a month quit move into month 2 because you are starting your 2nd month.
Bit confusing i know but does not really matter where you post really.Thats just my choice im going to use when i get there.
yes it is confusing well done on your quit you are doing great,as you say we have quit and that is the important thing and as ace says it does not really matter where you post as long as we are not smoking
