Not posted in here for a long time, some will know from my posts in De Novos that my 2010 has got off to an awful start.
I am still quit, although it's very hard at the moment, I know it wont help so I keep fighting it, I just want familiarity and comfort at the moment and have a bit of a f*** It attitude. I am hoping as I begin to deal with whats happened to me that this will begin to fade.
Thank you to those who have supported me through this, you are true stars.

It's good to see you posting on the forums again. A little normality will help in some way and when your in that f**** it mood and a fag seems the comforting way out, this place has got to be where you turn to.
My complete and utter respect to you for still being quit

Mixxy I don't know if this will make you feel better or worse but I have just started this thread.
I am so sorry, I have just read about what happened to you. I send you love and caring and wish you well.
I just posted to someone else about the help we get from posting our stories and helping others. Sharing helps us to help ourselves, don't shut yourself away, open up and get the help you need, while you do this others will benefit from your experiences. The more often you help others to get through their journey, the more you hear the message that it works, be kind to yourself and believe you can do this. You are doing it.
